The staff was very professional, kind and avaliable.A great asset for the hotel. The hotel was at 12 minutes walk from the Al Jubail bus station. Very convenient.

I liked hotel. It was the same as in pictures. Nice, cosy, warm room with old fashioned furniture. Small fridge hidden from eyes that was plus of this room. Clean and no bad smell. Not far from bus station just few minutes walk, next to Carrefour and KFS. 15 minutes walk from amusement park and 40 minutes walk from closest nice beach (entrance is free). Sea was warm even in January. Stuff is friendly, ready to help. We had breakfast which was great and price nice.

The room is large, comfortable with a high ceiling. Cleanliness is good. All the staff are kind and professional. The catering and service is very good. The location is really covenient, just 15 minutes walk from Al Jubail bus station with buses to Dubai in 30min to 1 hour journey.

We stayed a night with kids. The hotel was super clean. It's near the beach and there is a pharmacy, supermarket and small boutiques right in front of the hotel. The view from the room was nice, it overlooked the square. It's right on the busy street so sometimes it gets noisy. The bed was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was basic but nice. They have a billiard downstairs, that you can play and order a drink and food at the spot. This is a very clean and nice hotel to stay.

Great central location close to many cheap and good Indian restaurants. Nice and helpful staff. They gave me a complimentary room upgrade, so it was comfortable enough. Everything better than expected.

I lost my chain , waiting for the updates . 24/02023 early morning I was trying to call . I stayed room 403 suite room from the property . It quite nice but hotel reception informed that small damage in carpet . While checkout I informed Mr Faisal at night , with hotel staff information I went out ,I suppose to checkout 1 pm 25/05/2023 . I did my early checkout .even I didn't ask any refund .the first day I check-in with booking.com site second day they offer me same rate as a booking.com site as a walk-in guest .I did not stay with full day of my rent . I checkout early . Now we are in Abu Dhabi , when ever I used to call them for our chain ,which we forgot . They keep own saying about carpet damage . Serval time I informed reception and bell desk about damage images send to my what's up , because I have to verify . From early morning I was requesting about damage images but no one taking responsibility . So what did I like means - property staffs not understanding guest value makes more occupancy with better revenue. They focus with occupancy become with normal market value . Please don't be get negative impact . As a family member I shared you
